Youth/Young Adult Pastor
Growing up as one of four children in New York, Trudy always had a heart for the things of God. Having a head for numbers, she worked in a payroll job where she met her husband. Moving to Elizabeth after her wedding, the newlyweds attended a Marriage Encounter Retreat. They attended Catholic Charismatic prayer meetings and Trudy accepted the Lord shortly after her first child was born. She became hungry for more of God and the Lord drew them to Middletown, New Jersey. Drawn to Kings Highway, the young family bloomed where they were planted and soon Trudy became the church bookkeeper and soon Pastor Ben’s secretary. This job increased to include all of the church finances and the church secretary as well, for over 25 years. An Elder in the church, Trudy is the Director of the weekly Growth groups and is part of the Women’s Ministry leadership.
Trudy, and her husband Harold, live in Middletown. They have two married daughters, and a granddaughter.

Nancy was raised the youngest of seven children to loving
Christian parents here in Atlantic Highlands. Growing up in
the United Methodist Church, she learned all of the stories in
the Bible, she sang in the Choir, taught Sunday School,
VBS and attended the Methodist Youth group.
But it was when she gave her heart to the Lord that her eyes
were truly opened.
She began attending the Youth Meetings at KHFF when she
was 17 years old. Feeling led to join the church, God began to
build on her already firm foundation and Nancy got involved in many ministries in the
church – Overhead, Music Ministry, Nursery, Communion, our first Deaconess,
Sunday School, etc.
Today she is an Elder, is still active in the Music Ministry, Women’s Ministry
leadership and Sunday School Director.
She and her husband Kerry, live in Middletown with their two sons.
Rafael has worked with youth of various ages since 1997,
where he assisted in teaching and in activities for a local church
in Woodbridge, Va. He has worked as a youth leader at KHFF
under the previous youth pastors/mentors since 2001. Having four children
of his own, (ages 24,21,13 & 9) Pastor Rafael and his wife Michele, have a
calling to youth Ministry and love to inspire the love of scripture and
worship in young people to better equip them to serve the kingdom of God
by nurturing the local youth to becoming godly young men and women.
